Privacy Policy · version 0.2.0 · 28 July 2026

Your household data stays yours.

TrolleyPilot is designed to keep household planning private and under your control.

What we handle

The app can store household names, customer-entered energy targets, food preferences, allergy exclusions, meal plans, trolley items, theme and onboarding choices. Energy and allergy information is treated as sensitive.

Where it is stored

In this release, planner data stays in local browser or app storage. It is not sent to EpicEncore, a retailer or an AI provider. Connecting an EpicEncore account does not silently turn on sync.

How it is used

Data is used only to generate and preserve your plan on this device. We do not use it for advertising, cross-product profiling or model training. No product analytics are enabled.

Feedback

Feedback is sent only when you open and send an email. You can actively choose to include the displayed version, platform class, locale and timestamp. Household details, trolley contents, logs and location are not attached automatically.

Your choices

Edit planner data at any time or use More → Delete local data for immediate removal from this device. For access, correction or privacy help, email support@epicencore.io.

Future account sync

If approved sync is introduced, the collection notice and this policy will be updated before data leaves the device. Verified account deletion will remove live personal data immediately, with backup copies expiring within 30 days except for documented legal or security records.

Changes

Material changes will be explained in plain language. Previous policy versions remain preserved in the product repository.
